Heavyweight is no joke!

Haha, I totally get why this band isn’t usually recommended for beginners now! If you’re feeling up to the challenge, go ahead and give this a try! Can't Get Enough Of It

Ever since I got the band, it has been nothing but exciting to use. It’s challenging but fun at the same time. You learn what you’re made of with this thing. From Bear Crawls to Waves and other drills, it puts you into another state of mind when it comes to conditioning the body. Love the band.
