Extremely light resistance
Suitable for children aged 4 to 10 who weigh 10–79 lbs. (5-36kg) in any fitness level.
Mostly used by: Young athletes or for low-intensity PT and rehab training for the elderly.
Application: All types of sports, general fitness, PT, and rehab
Light resistance • •
Suitable for children aged 10+ who weigh 79-122lbs (36-55kg)Â in any fitness level.
Mostly used by: Adult women's fitness use or young athletes at a high fitness level.Â
Application: All types of sports, general fitness, PT, and rehab
Decent resistance (not easy) • •
Suitable for adults aged 14+ who weigh 122-158 lbs. (55-72kg) in normal fitness level.
Mostly used by: Adult women in good fitness level or men in normal fitness level. Recommended for beginners.
Application: All types of sports, general fitness. Aerobic, Strength.Â
Challenging (!) resistance • •
Suitable for adults aged 14+ who weigh 158–205 lbs. (72–93 kg) in high-fitness level.
Mostly used by: Adult male athletes in good fitness level. Not-Recommended for beginners.
Application: All types of sports and fitness. Strength and explosive power.
Super-Challenging (!) resistance
Suitable for adults aged 14+ who weigh over 205 lbs. (93kg) in high-fitness level.
