It's feels great to use but it's better to get the the longer bands for a better workout but it is kinda pricey.

Awesome For Stretching & Warming Up

I use this band practically everyday to stretch my body and utilize my flexibility while strengthening the muscles and the joints at the same time. Just a couple minutes with this and I feel woken up, blood is flowing and my energy shoots up. Great for stretching routines.
