Great deal. I am really enjoying these two bands; they are great as a complement to full-sized Dopas, or even on their own. I found the resistance of the stretch band to be perfect for shadowboxing (but it is also great for injury prevention exercises (e.g. shoulder exercises) and stretching). The bolt band is fantastic too, it’s great to have around your workspace for stretching or just playing around with it. The quality of both bands is perfect, and they feel like they’ll last a while. I should note that these bands tend to collect hairs and dust (same with full-sized Dopa bands), but cleaning them is extremely easy if this bothers you. Just take a wet wipe or damp towel, wrap it around the band, and run it along from one end to the other.
