Dopa bands are great for the every day user as well as Wrestlers, fighters, jiu Jitsu practitioner.

The chart for purchasing size is appropriate. It took me a few weeks to be able to handle the size the chart suggested but far better then it being to light. Depenign on what your desired outcome is of the workouts, there is a workout for any that you are looking for. If you are a jiu jitsu practitioner the Dopa bands are invaluable for you in your training. For total body development as well as recover. The chart for purchasing size is appropriate.
