How do I activate the membership for the recipient?
No activation needed. The recipient just opens the Training Center or scans the QR code on the package to go straight there. Access is open to every Dopa Band owner, no username or password required.

Yes. Every package comes with a printed booklet that covers everything the recipient needs: setting up the band, caring for it, the resistance levels, and starter exercises. US and UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days, and 5 at most. For all other countries, the exact delivery time for each shipping method is shown at checkout before you pay, so you’ll know when to expect it. You can also browse our full delivery page:

Please note that between October and December, delivery times can be a bit longer due to the holiday rush. If it’s for a special occasion, we recommend ordering a little in advance so it arrives right on time.
Is the band covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every Dopa Band comes with a full 1-year warranty. If it cracks or shows wear within that time, we’ll replace it at no cost.
That said, a Dopa Band is built to last a lifetime when it’s tied correctly. Follow the tying and care instructions printed on the bag and shown in the Dopamineo+ Training Center, and it will keep going for years:

Just one. The Dopa Band is 16 feet (5 meters) long and is folded in half for most exercises, which is why it sometimes looks like two bands in our videos. A single band covers every workout in the Training Center.
