First, we will review your return information. After we approve your return, our representative will provide you with a barcode to attach to the package before it is returned to the warehouse And an RMA number. (return merchandise authorization) is a numbered authorization provided by a mail-order merchant to permit the return of a product.)
Dependent on your return method, you may need to download a returns label or present a QR code when returning. Simply attach to your parcel or present the QR code and take to your nearest drop-off point.
Don’t worry if you’re not being asked to print a returns label, some couriers don’t need this.
*Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
Please don’t return any damaged goods unless you’re told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
Cost: the price we pay. Prices vary depending on returned orders (size, location, number of items, etc.) As soon as the return procedure begins, we are aware of the cost; this sum will be subtracted from the total amount of money that will be returned to you.
